my petscii/textmode pieces done throughout the years. im not the most knowledgable about the medium, but it sure is fun.

my friend miles was the person who introduced me to textmode at first, i believe it was this latios piece that was the first time i saw the style that inspired me to try it out.
specifically this piece caught my eye and made me want to keep going. they do wonderful work with it. it felt really nice to have an alternative method for creating art.
the mosaic nature of it is very pleasing to the eye, plus lvllvl had provided palettes which i love working with.

the archive will be sorted by year, and any piece that i feel like commenting on will have some alt text you can hover over the image to see.
i would initially love to have everything displayed as their original res, but ill try to group those i cant together we'll see.

i found out i was plural, and i wanted to depict all my current facets at the time together in a petscii piece

i wanted to make a petscii tiled background for my website here, this was a fun experiment

this was my first fullbody done, i was pretty proud of it

this was a poster i did for fun because i found out lvllvl had a vector mode with unique tiles that werent pixely

i want to show the detail off on this one so fat size be upon ye. i loved exploring more complex overlap of forms and i think i did a good job of that here with the bugs and chippy

i had fun exploring dithering and texture in namira's hair here

my system was growing a lot with the self exploration i was doing this year, and i did another banner with my updated facets. this is one of my favorite pieces ive ever done. many facets are still here today!

limited palette in the vector style. i really loved mewmewmew around this time, it felt they conveyed my plurality well

this small section was during artfight of 2023. it was fun to feel out petscii during this event! it felt like a perfect opportunity.
